- we have three screws forgings and two hammer of 1.5 ton and 2 ton capacity and we can forge any product according to the party requirement from .2 k.g to 20 k.g, we have also got CNC machining facility & heat treatment plant inside our factory.
Technical SpecificationsFollowing are the salient features of our products:- Side bar of the chains are made of medium-high carbon steel to prevent elongation of the holes
- Holes of side bar are punched and broached for full bearing through the hole thickness of the side bar for correct fitting
- Pins are made form alloy steel and properly heat treated
- Bushes are manufactured from alloy steel and case hardened
- Rollers are accurately manufactured and case hardened for longer life.
